Fantastic opportunity available for a Senior Data Engineer with knowledge of AWS & Python to join a growing digital company offering the option to work remotely.

The company are an innovation hub within an enterprise business that has an annual turnover of almost £1billion so they’re able offer all the support and benefits of a major corporate without any of the red tape or restrictions.

The teams are given the freedom to innovate that you only really get at a tech start-up and they’re responsible for bringing the wider business in to the digital age by creating cutting-edge SaaS solutions across web, mobile and social platforms.

As a Data Engineer, you'd be given the opportunity to work closely with the Data Science team with the responsibility for the data that reaches them; you'll also be expected to structure develop & support the ETL tools for them too.

Technology:

AWS (EC3, Redshift, Lambda)
Streaming technology experience (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)
API's
SQL / NoSQL
Python

In return they’re offering a starting salary of up to £55k plus company benefits including a fantastic 15% bonus, 11% pension and flexible working, including the option to regularly work from home – a potential package close to £65k!
